When you are inside the Web Lectures page, you will see the Settings option on the right side. Click this option to edit your settings.

Fill in the form and set the required options:..

  1. Fill in the Description
  2. Set the "Start Date" and "End Date" of the web lecture.
  3. Set the venue of the lecture
  4. Set your recipients. If you want to give access to everyone, tick Everyone in this Module.
  5. If you wish the content to be upload immediately, you may choose "Upload sessions immediately after recording"
  6. Set the publish option to "Yes" so that the Web Lectures section will appear on the student’s navigation listing.
