If you encounter any of the following:
- cannot access the Turnitin submission folder,
- an error when trying to access the Turnitin submission folder,
an error message when trying to upload a paper, or
upload hangs while submitting a paper,
Then take the following steps:
Clear your web browser's cookies and cache1 , restart the web browser, then try again.
- If that does not work, try another web browser.
- If the first two steps do not work, please send a support request to Turnitin.
