- If ExamID does not take your photo for verification and you are prompted to enter resume code instead, please click on "Return to Dashboard"
- On Examplify dashboard, make sure ExamID and ExamMonitor tiles are displaying on the exam settings of the assessment. If tiles are missing, refer to Missing ExamID and/or ExamMonitor tiles on Exam details?
- Check your internet connection and make sure there is internet access as ExamID verification requires internet.
- Enter the exam password and try again.
- If the problem still persist, inform the invigilator immediately.
