-The IT media has helped to spread the message for climate change
-ICT increase possibilities of communications-thus there will be less transportation and can help to reduce greenhouse gas emission a lot.

2. Security and reliability of ICT
-faster exchange of information by ICT can lead to more effective organisation, but system failure and reliability threats can cause a lot of inconvenience.
3. Freedom of expression
-individuals who feel strongly about climate change sometimes exercise "too much freedom of expression".
4. Intellectual Property
-copyright issues and so on.
5. ICT contribute a lot environmental friendly applications which can lead to more efficient use of energy.
ex. -remote sensing: management and monitoring soil, land use and forest.
-monitoring and assesment of air pollution, forest fire management.
-climate change mitigation program

I think the fourth point is quite important, since we have to link our project to ICT. The ICT issues related to climate change should be one of the most important components of our wiki. Under this main point, we can discuss the sources and research methods for gathering the relevant information(second point), which are also related to ICT.
