More than a hundred ideas from all over NUS are submitted every month. It is therefore important for suggestions to be evaluated promptly, because most suggestions are contributed to address an immediate situation and might lose relevance over time.
The recommended target evaluation date for every suggestion is 2 weeks. If the Departmental VOICE Administrator (DVA) needs more time to evaluate a suggestion, the DVA ought to inform the contributor directly. VOICES monitors the evaluation times of all suggestions, and will send a notification email to DVAs when a suggestion has not been evaluated for more than 2 weeks.
