In the IQ Team structure, an IQ Team will be led by a leader usually the supervisor of the work unit with members from within or outside the work area and facilitated by an IQ Facilitator. They will then meet regularly to examine, analyse and seek improvements in their work. Upon the completion of the project, the leader will have to submit a report to their QSM via VOICES (http://nus.edu.sg/oqm/voices) for evaluation and implementation. Once the project is completed, the team should move on to work on the next project and the cycle is repeated.
