A group suggestion only differs from an individual suggestion by the number of people contributing the suggestion. Instead of having only one contributor, a group suggestion is submitted on behalf of of a team. A group suggestion might be the result of a functional meeting, ordinary meeting or even a brainstorming session.
Essentially, only one person enters the suggestion into the VOICE system, but adds his/her team members' NUSNET UserIDs into the GROUP SUGGESTION field.

There is no limit to the number of members who can be involved in the group suggestion, but if the suggestion attains a monetary award, it will be capped at the rate specified in: What are the most current VOICE Incentives?. |
