VOICES

VOICES stands for Valued Online Ideas Contributed by Employees System, and is an integrated portal of both VOICE Suggestions (Staff Suggestion Scheme) and IQ Teams (Work Improvement Teams). Both schemes- more commonly known as Staff Suggestions Scheme and Work Improvement Teams respectively- arose from civil service initiatives to boost the culture of innovation and continual improvement amongst employees. The Office of Quality Management continually develops new campaigns to support VOICE and IQ Teams, thus transforming them into powerful and accessible agents of change.

VOICES is only available to NUS staff, who must login into http://nus.edu.sg/oqm/voices to submit either a VOICE suggestion, or an IQ Team project.
