Innovation and Quality Teams, or IQ Teams for short, are NUS' work improvement teams. These teams comprise of staff members who initiate a project and see through its implementation. Substantial cost-savings and the shaving of waste and redundancy from work processes are often the immediate benefits of IQ Teams.
