Survey and questionaire

These are just the survey questions I've got. Feel free to edit/add more relevant questions! (No format yet, all with 1 2 3 4 5 scale) 

We must also find out if organic/food waste are interchangeable, if not we have to concentrate on either one. I'll leave it as organic waste for now.
