SingHealth, has decided to implement Eclipsys Sunrise Pharmacy and Knowledge-Based Medication Administration at the KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH). It is a new ICT that will improve medication management operations.This is expected to help improve clinical outcomes by reducing the potential for avoidable medical errors and improving medication turnaround times.
SingHealth has annouced that it has selected Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager as its electronic medical record platform. This implementation will be used to help connect Singhealth's three hospitals, five national specialty centers and a network of primary healthcare clinics
1.2 National Healthcare Group
National Healthcare Group has decided to modernise its 9 polyclinics, one of the many improvments will be automated registration process to cut down waiting time.
Alexandra Hospital is piloting a bed management system as part of a collaboration with Cisco Systems and Fujitsu Asia to address healthcare challenges such as bed shortages, the delivery of medical information and location monitoring of patients and hospital assets.
It is believed that these would greatly benefit the hospital and bring up the hospital's general healthcare standards.
Alexandra Hospital annouced the launch of the 1st phase of Healthcare.net featuring Clinical Dashboard - where patient records and medical operations are digitised and integrated to make them accessible from a common user interface
An electronic system will be designed to participate in and improve patient care, implemented on Soarian software package by Siemens. It is expected to be fully developed and implemented at the NHG hospitals within the next few years.
