Communities - Preferences

1. From the IVLE Communities - List, click to edit the desired community.

2. Click .
3. You can edit the following:
   1. If desired, rename the Community Name
   2. If desired, edit the Community Description
   3. Choose a category where this community will belong to. This is to allow for easier searching.
   4. A customized tag created by you that will allow other to search for your community.
   5. All communities come with a standard set of tools. By default, we provide you with a discussion forum and a document exchange repository (called a workbin).

   6. If this community is Accessible to Everyone (allow any NUS student to apply to join) or only to selected members which you decide when you create the community.
   7. Select whether to display member to Owner and Managers or Community Members
   8. Choose to open community on which day.
   9. Choose to close community on which day.
