1. From the Workspace, click Annoucement on the left sidebar.

2. Alternatively, mouseover Tools on the horizontal navigation bar, then click Annoucement.

Announcements will appear in IVLE. You can also send urgent announcements to students via SMS, if they have opted to receive SMS announcements.
