IVLE Communities - Online Meetings

Important

All online meetings are not recorded. So you will not able to view past meetings.

  • The Communities Online Meeting allows you to present, collaborate and discuss with members of your community online - anytime and anyplace.
  • This online meeting tool allows you to schedule an online meeting with the members of community.
  • Your members will be notified by e-mail with a link to participate in the online meeting at your schedule date and time.
  • The online meeting tool allows you to do presentations, share your desktop, allow members to ask questions - all online.
  1. You can create new meeting.
  2. Edit meeting list.
  3. Delete meeting list.
  4. Launch online meeting or the link in the email.
